	What are the sizes of their portions you are paying for? (A lower prices = smaller portions)
	Can you get a written proposal the same day you call?
	What services are included in the price quoted? What services cost extra? (Hidden charges can add as much as 35% to the bill)
	What if more people show up than are expected? Can they get more food in time so you will not run out?
	What do they do with leftovers? (You paid for the food do you get to keep it?)
