What catering services do you provide? |

We pride ourselves in prompt and efficient
service. Our services include pick up service, drop
off service or fully served events. The choice is
yours. |

What do buffet meals include? |
|
|
Buffet meals include disposable dinnerware including
plates, napkins, silverware and utensils. Served
buffet meals are set up in chaffing dishes and served.
Service includes set-up, tear-down and clean up of
the buffet area. |
Is there a gratuity charged for
events?

A fifteen percent gratuity is charged for these
events. |

Is there a fee for drop off services? |
|
|
Drop off service is available and a delivery/drop
off fee may apply. |
| What guarantee does Nonna's
require? |
|
|
You must notify Nonna's of the guaranteed number
of guests 3 working days prior to the event. The
number of guests guaranteed is the minimum amount
for which you will be charged. Guests served over
the guaranteed number will be charged in addition
to the guaranteed amount. Nonna's will be prepared
to serve 5% over the guarantee. |
| What is your payment requirements? |

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve
your date as definite. Full payment is due prior
to the event unless other arrangements have been
made. We gladly accept cash, cashier's check, organization
check, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. |
| What is your cancellation policy? |

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable;
however, money paid may be applied to another event
within six months of the original cancellation date. |
| Will Nonna's provide references
of past customers? |

Please feel free to ask for references. We would
be happy to supply you with them. |
| Can Nonna's provide written proposals
the same day? |

Yes, Nonna's would be happy to provide you with
a written proposal in the time frame you require. |
| What happens to the leftovers? |

It is Nonna's policy that you get to keep the leftovers.
You paid for them, you get them. |
| Do you have different prices to fit
different budgets? |

In addition to the preset menu's listed on our
web site, Nonna's can customize a menu to fit your
needs. |
| Does Nonna's provide food samplings? |
| |
We at Nonna's do not believe you should be expected
to decide on a menu without first sampling it. We
would enjoy cooking a sampling for you. |
